[질문] this the city where i was born 일때 where i was born 이완전한문장인가요 왜그

where I was born 은 완전한 문장이 아닙니다. This is the city. I was born here. 라고 두 문장으로 분리할수 있겠네요 where가 들어가며 here가 없어집니다^^
